Mountaineering, Hiking or Trekking, Of the three, mountaineering is by far the most challenging. It’s a more technical variation of trekking that takes you to higher peaks. Often to ones that are over 5000 meters above sea level. BGS Travel loves to help you  decide to start preparing for mountaineering ,So far if you decided to go for hiking and trekking all over Damavand Mountain in Iran or some other places in Iran. we can tell you that all three of these outdoor adventures are amazing and each of them for different reasons.
Hiking is the best  choice for travelers who want to  getaway for some special  days and  don’t have much time.
We advise Trekking  on long weekends when you want to go to a nearby volcano. Or trek to three of them with the Trilogy Tour and do some camping.
Mountaineering is already proving to be quite an exciting challenge, even the preparation for it is a lot of fun. Although hiking is easier than trekking or mountaineering they can still be challenging. BGS Travel &Tourism Group has three destination to offer  for track and climb Tours:

Climb to Damavand peak: Mount Damavand is located in the north of Iran, which is the highest mountain in Iran, the Middle East and the highest volcanic peak in Asia. Damavand is located in the central part of the Alborz Range in the south of Mazandaran. From the perspective of the country’s divisions, it is located in Larijan district of Amol city in Mazandaran province. During the smooth and sunny weather, you can see the cities of Tehran, Varamin, Qom, as well as the banks of the Caspian Sea. Mount Damavand was recorded on the 13th of July 2008 as the first natural work of Iran in the national index of Iran. Damavand has been listed as “national natural effect” since 2002 in the number of valuable four areas in terms of environmental protection. The minimum air temperature in the Damavand Highlands is down to 60 degrees below zero (in the winter) and to one to two degrees below zero (in the summer). The first one who claims to climb Damavand is Abudolf Khazraji, which in 292 (905 CE) His travel report has pointed to his ascent and has given a description of the summit of Damavand. After him, Qazvini, Mas’udi, Ibn-e-Faqih, as well as Nasser Khosrow, have been the ones who have had the ascent of Damavand. In ancient times, some of them had been brought to the summit of Damavand. Nasser Khosrow wrote on his travels that it is said that Damavand is a well that does not contain any poison or matchmaking (sulfur). But the first ascent of Europeans to the summit of Damavand can be attributed to Thomas Herbertanlitsy in the year 1006 (1627) from the South Front. Following his successful climb to Damavand peak in 1837 by Tyler Thomson. Also, the first Iranian documentary climb to this summit dates back to 1857 when the team of Colonel Mohammad Sadaqkhan Qajar determined its height at 6613 ZAR.

Climb to the summit of Sabalan: Sabalan is an inactive volcano in Northwest of Iran. It rises in starting zone of Alborz mountains as the 3rd highest summit of Iran.
An small lake is placed at the top which has given a uniqe beauty to this peak, and has created a hole in the volcano. The lake frizes 9 or 10 months a year. Even in June and July you may encounter snow at elevations near the peak.so it’s wise to take an local or go on a Tour.
The mount, the extinct crater, and the lake can be ascended usually from the northern and southern tracks. When on top, you can see a panorama of the beautiful region for more than a hundred kilometers all around you.
The lake occupies an area of 50 by 50 meters, and is 15 meters deep. Since it is covered with ice from mid-September through early June the next year, mountain climbers use it for skating
Many people climb it every year , the routin path is easy but there are also hard routs and glacial valleys.

Eagle statue: The most beautiful creature among these is an eagle statue seeming to maintain control over the Sabalan slope and valley from atop.
The mount represents a myriad of attractions in various seasons of the year, to the extent that upon reaching the peak, one feels having arrived in a land of dreams. Many hot mineral spas and cold water springs originate from its slopes and attract millions of tourist to the region every year. The hot water is said to have effective healing properties.
There are two famous warm springs, firs “Ghotursoui” and second: “Shabil” which is nearer to Sabalan. Only heavy vehicles can pass this road. From shelter you can climb the slope of summit in south direction, from the left side of southern galcier.
Some clibmbers do camping there and its ok. Also it is possible to camping in warm springs such as “Ghotursoui” or “Shabil”.

Climb to the summit of Alam kooh: Alamkouh is the name of a mountain in Iran,Mazandaran Province,  with a height of 4850 meters, located in the Takht-e-Solomon area of the same province. Mount Alam (Alam Kooh) is the second highest peak of Iran after Damavand. The Most famous thing  about  this peak in the country  is due to the walls existing on the northern slopes of it  and the most technical and hardest climbing ways to it also the wall-climbing routes  .
Alamkouh is located 20 km southwest of Kelardasht and Mazandaran province. Kelardasht is the closest city of Mazandaran province to this region, and Prachan and Taleghan are the closest cities in Alborz Province to Alamkouh. From the northern front of this mountain overlooking Kelardasht and on the southern side of this mountain overlooking Taleghan.
The years 1360 to 1370 can be called the peak of the evolution of Iranian worship. During these years, many climbers were able to dramatically reduce the wall climbing records and finally record a strange and unattainable record of three routes in one day.
